I don't know what Pete is doing with FSP and Rise. On some level, he does need to adapt and realize that this is the way it is in this era.
Whether he likes it or not, he needs to deal with it or he's doing a disservice to himself and the program.
At the same time, Ford is a petty fuck. He's perfectly happy having his kids take pictures with Pete, but when Pete doesn't do what he wants he takes shots.
