Take Jedd Off All The Coaching Boards

UCLA is the only program that would be stoked to get a sub .500 coach. Hopefully Teq is right and the deal is done. There’s 125 million in the GO BIG fund. Offer Dilly, (TWILTCH) 10 million and make him say no.
 
Yep, he gets fired and he has no one to take with him. We are too cheap to make a strategic move like that though. We might be stuck with him next year as no one will want to pay his buyout.
 
All firing Jedd would do at this point would be costing us his buyout and taking away whatever gets paid to us via a buyout
I could be wrong but I don't think the language in our historic contracts has been that tight when it comes to clawing back buyout money with a coach taking another job … either that or Jimmy Lake just sat back getting tanned, rested, and ready to stick it to UW on the buyout
I would bet small town Chun is already counting on Jedd's buyout from leaving …
Don't forget that we almost assuredly will have to use some of Jedd's buyout to buy out somebody else
 
They aren't firing Jedd. Our best hope is that he gets hired by a stupid AD at UCLA or Florida. We'd be in another 3 year rebuild with a new coach but I dont see us getting much better with Jedd at the helm
 
We are in no mans land with Fisch. No one wants to start all over again, no way UW is eating the 35m we still owe him, yet the overwhelming evidence so far says he is not the guy at all, as the road games on the B10 in two years we have been bulldozed except for 4th quarter vs. Maryland who was up 20-3 mid 3rd and had the terps just took 3 knees and punted from that time on probably win the game.
