Unless you're willing to admit that and come at every problem in the black community as being the fault of white people then the left won't listen to you and will mock you if you're Tony Dungy or call you a racist if you're a white person who won't admit you're a racist, and that your racism causes all the problems in the black community.

Blacks can slaughter hundreds of other blacks each weekend and there is silence on the left, unless you want to talk about how awful it is that racist whites made them do that. But when less than 20 unarmed blacks get killed by the police each year (and if you're grabbing the cop's taser you're no longer "unarmed" but this is argument for another day) and nearly everyone of those 20 is resisting arrest, that's the issue we can talk about. Systemic racism is causing those deaths and we can indict the entire country for it.
