So was Plessy v. Ferguson, another dem case. The Supreme Court also allowed for the interment of American citizens under FDR. Toss in Roe v. Wade and the leftard Supreme Court justices just run on feelings, penubras and emanations. Things like the explicit language of the 1A and 2A are free to be ignored by leftard justices. They don't even try, just rule based on a wad of feelings.
