Thomas along with Scalia are the two best Supreme Court justices in the last 80 years. Both could define a woman and both could read for understanding. The most recent "black" justice can't do either. I don't define that as some sort of societal improvement.

One of the predictable and actually predicted outcomes of AA was that some people would be labeled as undeserving beneficiaries of the policy in the future, whether fairly or unfairly. I'm sure I'm not the only one arguing against AA who pointed this out 40+ years ago.

The legal argument against AA is that it can't be squared with the Constitution. There are multiple practical problems with the policy as well.

Very disappointing to the dazzler. While the dementia patient has tightened up NATO, we still have some conservative judges that actually can read and follow the Constitution and that is unacceptable to a leftard. We have three leftard justices that can't define a woman and think that colleges should be allowed to discriminate based on skin color. I didn't see where the dem justices defined "black" for purposes of college discrimination. I'd ask the dazzler for a definition but that's beyond his mythical legal education.
