The incumbent party always loses the House in the mid-year election cycle. That's why you need to get shit done in the first two years before everyone starts calling you a lame duck.
 
Yep. Losing the midterms really won’t mean much, Trump gets impeached again for nothing but who honestly cares.
 
The problem is that there are very few "moderate" dems in the House and only a literal handful in the Senate. A progressive democrat won't "compromise" on anything. Here is our list of non-negotiable concessions we demand or we vote no on the budget and we will shut it down forever. Schumer compromised and he is toast. No Senate majority for the republicans, no Trump appointee get approved until the 2028 election.

Functional difference between Walz and Ugly? You would think that a self-proclaimed moral virtueist like Ugly wouldn't vote for someone like Walz because Ugly is always supporting honest government, democracy, the rule of law and individual responsibility. Maybe he is a single issue voter and sexually mutilating children like Tampon Tim supports is his top priority?
