AI requires massive amounts of power. The Chinese are building Coal fired plants at a staggering rate. Is it really a surprise their solution would be cheaper?

Oh- and they steal Intellectual property with reckless abandon.

It's not the cost of electricity, it's that their AI model requires far fewer chips for comparable performance. That's why NVDA is getting smashed.
