I remember sitting in on a U Dub soc class with a friend in my mid 20's (I was an unemployed loser at the time). He said there were a lot of jocks in the class, And low and behold there were. It was a total joke...guys hooting and hollering, joking, little intellectual curiosity, and the prof just went along with it...hell, he kind of enjoyed it. it definitely wasn't any kind of an eye opener, but I was a little surprised at the level of noise and nonsense... the majority of the class weren't jocks.. it sucked for anyone trying to get something out of it.
