State Patrol investigates rocks thrown from Tacoma-area overpasses

Someday I'll tell the story of Huckleberry Ern and Tom Schroeder hitting a Harley rider with a fat loogie from the 60th St 405 overpass. The year was 1999. I can picture it like it was yesterday.
