I'm trying to decide at what point to sell our house, even if we don't immediately move, to get ahead of property values dropping when all the corporate / tech jobs leave WA State.
Our son has been buying income property in Tennessee for a couple years
Nashville is the new Seattle
That seems like a bad thing. Red state, though, so maybe it'll work out okay there.

It's a virus. The reason why WA will never swing back moderate, thanks to our California friends.
Montana seems to have course-corrected by kicking Tester to the curb and is now going further GOP.
Arizona was pretty red not long ago. First the f a g s had a hissy fit over Arpaio. Then came cartel Katie, Ruben Gallegos, Mark Smelly, Yasameen Ansari, Adelita Grijalva and more. Plus McCain clan RINOs and corrupt local Maricopa peeps like Steven Richer and Bill Gates. None of these people play fair. Once it turns purple or blue, it's over.
