Fun fact. I rowed a 10k on the C2 two weeks ago. 40:20. Not bad for an older guy. Tried to keep 2 min average. Fell a bit short. Shit got real at about 7k.

Jeeze man - we’ve got a lotta readers here that like row boat content and there’s only so many races per year. Stanford cares a bit about rowing - they are #13 in the country. We also beat #6 northeastern at the same race.

What are your C2 times? fancy pants.
Shitty as hell right now. I couldn’t hold 2:00 splits for 10,000 meters right now. Probably would be around 2:05 for that distance. At UW I used to be able to hold 1:44 over 10,000 and 1:39 over 6000. Glory days they’ll pass you by.
But I’m no longer a cubicle monkey so the splits should drop a lot over the coming months
