Spring practices are open......

....... to the media according to Jude's report today with release of the practice schedule. Public access is denied until the final practice (scrimmage?) and one practice date is totally closed to the media. CP's rules as announced appear to closely control media access to coaches and players within the practice regimen and with respect to photos and videos allowed. Media reps are not allowed on the sidelines and are restricted to a designated section in the grandstands where presumably they can be closely watched and controlled by UW PR folks.

I can see no reason why Dm.c management and staff can't be perfectly happy with CP's plans and conditions for allowing them access. They may not be able to understand much about what's happening because of their football stupidity, but their adoring subscribers must rely on that stupidity even more now.

I'm sure Kims sad story about fans not attending practice has nothing to do with the fact that media can't talk to freshmen, only gets to take pics of husky jacks etc... I think I'll email the AD expressing support for Petersen allowing the kids to focus on football and gel as a team rather than get followed around by a couple fat slobs in sweats asking players about showering habits.

It was getting boring counting how many times Sark said "I think" or ""I thought""....Coach Pete will not be nearly as entertaining as a broh....

Seriously I hope they will let in the Tyees occassionally. I get media, but hopefully fans can still get some access to practice too.

There was of course no mention in The Seattle Times of what access privileges CP might allow boosters. We'll just have to call the Tyee Club to find out.

..."I'll have to watch the film...."

You were standing right there you fat bastard....tell us what you saw.
