Doesn’t get nearly enough credit for completely overhauling what he walked into at Washington in 2009. The numbers aren’t mind-blowing (34-29 record), but the program was rock bottom after Ty Willingham gave up his last two years on the job. Now Sarkisian moves to a top five job with the best recruiting base in the nation. Now he’s expected to win big.

He might (I doubt it) win a South Title or 2 if he lasts 5 years, but he's never going to be consistent enough to frequently win them. I doubt he ever takes USC to a Rose Bowl.

That's how the playoff committee will view Washington, and why it will be a fucking miracle for UW to get into the playoff. If the SEC gets two teams in the playoff, they probably deserved it. Hell, I'm looking forward to the first all-SEC playoff. Should be some great defense.

Nice rant but you are also the same dumb fuck who said we shouldn't expect more than 7 wins next year so why so concerned about a national title?

Also a Pac-12 champ could be left out if they don't deserve it. Would Stanford in 1999 deserve a bid in the Final Four? How about Oregon in 1994? Of course not.

The goal is to get the four best teams so having conference champs get an automatic bid is PLSSFS type of thinking.

You've been off your game for a solid month straight. I suggest telling your doc to give you the meds that you were taking in February when you had this place dialed in.
 
After watching Shaw's play calling in the Rose Bowl, AND his play calling in the Orange Bowl with Luck as his QB, he's rated too high.

I am glad to see Mediocre Mike Riley at #9. Nice guy and all but his teams have NEVER LOST FEWER THAN 4 GAMES IN A SEASON. It's not like OSU never has talent - some of those years the Beavers have had a lot of guys drafted. Some coach ratings have him as high as #2 in the Pac-12, which I find absurd.
