Fupdate - turns out "picks" means they are conditionally swapping picks. Hawks get a 6th, Raiders get a 7th.

Not surprised he didn't list any assistants. Surprised he went owner but not GM. Definitely a little bad blood at the end.
 
Bad blood? Lynch got what he wanted, a trade to his hometown team with no signing bonus refund. Not a peep of animosity.
