I'm skeptical to believe first reports. Googled the name and it comes up as person originally attributed to natural gas explosion at Texas hotel last month.
None of the local tv stations have reported an arrest yet. But some are reporting the linked video is accurate - Omaha man tackled the shooter.

The mass shooting that unfolded amid throngs of people at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl celebration, leaving one dead and nearly two dozen injured, appeared to stem from a dispute between several people, authorities said Thursday.
Police Chief Stacey Graves said that a mother of two was killed and the 22 people were injured in the shooting. The injured ranged in age from 8 to 47, and half of them were younger than 16.
Three people were detained — including two juveniles — and firearms were recovered during the mayhem, police said. But investigators are calling for witnesses, people with cellphone footage and victims of the violence to call a dedicated hotline.

it’s not their fault. They can’t help themselves due to racism and oppression
Perps probably have a dozen or more arrests between them, should have been in jail, should have been denied a firearm as a felon but this is an indictment of systemic white institutional racism because they were just playing catch and release with the cops and blue dem prosecutors and judges.
Odds they have been apprehended and released without bail sometime in the recent past? Even money.
