Can Duckies now agree with me that something has smelled a little off with Moore as in there never seemed to be the big boy auction with him with huge numbers being thrown around, Ohio State went sniffing to steal somebody's QB and they didn't look seem to go hard after him, and the Duckies' big competition ended up being Chipper and the Fighting Mel Tuckers? I'm also getting wary of high school QBs who are lauded on their game play. I just want to tools baby. He's also like the fourth in line QB Oregon tried to buy.

I'm not saying he's not a recruit to get excited about. He just seems more like a Ty Thompson/Sam Huard type than the Andrew Luck/Caleb Williams type he's been made out to be.

They’ll try and flip the Baylor commit, who’s a top ten QB prospect, and if they don’t they’ll portal someone in to compete with Ty Thompson for the job in 2024.

Thompson sucks. Surprised he hasn’t hit the portal yet.

Or maybe he doesn’t. It certainly looks like he does. It looks like Huard sucks too. Thompson will be on his 3rd different OC next year. Not easy but that’s showbiz, baby.

Dillingham not trying to pull him with to ASU is a definite red flag.

Or maybe he did and Ty said no. Who knows. Plenty of other 5⭐️ QBs have busted at their original destinations and still had plenty of transfer options going forward. Who knows what the deal is with this kid…

Dillingham got Pyne from ND. He wanted a QB with experience and upside.

He said one of the reason he flipped to UCLA was for TV exposure so he could be marketed. He probably saw what just happened to CW at SC.

He did start for 4 years with over 10K passing yards and 135 TD’s. He may be the real deal or just another in a long line of highly ranked HS QB’s that do nothing in college. LIPO.

Flipping to UCLA still doesn't smell right. Plenty of SEC and Big 10 schools provide much better exposure. No one watches UCLA. Anywhere.

And that's my thing, people always point to high school stats and wins and shit and that means nothing to me for college. Just as it doesn't much for the NFL coming from college.

At this point all I really care about is if the rolling blue bloods will cut their arm off to sign the guy and physical traits. I'll throw in the fact that either Michigan isn't in love with them or he has no interest in them is a terrible sign. A dawg should be really excited to play for them right now.

Too many mixed signals with him. He claimed if teams started talking NIL he didn't want to hear it. Then you hear about $2M to UCLA. You had a tOSU guy tweeting that they missed on a 5* QB, no name, because they didn't have the NIL monies necessary.

I think Chip sold him on his NFL experience, what he'd done with QB's at Oregon despite no NFL successes and playing in LA. Kid got big eyes on his visit and dumped his old GF. 18y/o do that. Plus Dillingham leaving. Now Oregon is trying to flip Baylor's 4* QB from Texas and it may happen based on his relationship with OC Stein.

I've followed the Pac long enough to know going to UCLA is a soft beta move. One fo the reasons I know it is is because I would do it.
 
I’m fairly confident that Lanning and his staff, plus Oregon’s NIL organization, will get theirs during the early signing period as well as the portal.

Losing Moore sucks but whipping around and signing another Elite 11 QB works for me I guess.

Losing Presley to UW sucks but snatching a higher ranked CB from LSU also works for me.

Add in taking a 5 star DL from USC and tOSU ams A couple of quality portal guys at key positions of need and I’m not gonna lose sleep over Moore.

All these kids suck until they don’t anyway.

Gotta hand it to the staff. Losing Moore and pivoting to another top 10 QB on NSD is impressive.

If they rip the LSU kid and sign the CB from Serra I won’t give a blue fuck about UW flipping Presley.
