You have to believe there was absolutely no evidence that would be admissible in court against Trump or that the dementia patient had a lock solid case against Trump but decided that prosecuting a former president would establish a bad precedent. Except they did indict and arrest Trump on the document issue while giving PIPS and the dementia patient a pass. That is the binary issue and you have to be a retard to think they had the evidence and decided not to prosecute or leak that evidence.
That is the logical conclusion.
