First off, Dylan was shit as fuck on stage for most of the 80's. IDGAF. I don't listen to anything he put out past 1975 anyhow.

Who did he steal shamelessly from? Woody Guthrie? The Beatles stole from him for crying out loud. The Stones stole from him. Neil Young stole from him.
