I started the 60 Songs the Explain the 90s Poad the other day. Surprisingly, the Gin Blossoms episode is the best one so far.

I'd never heard the Indie album version, which has a great, sloppier Let It Be/Tim era Replacement vibe to it as opposed to the overpolished Don't Tell A Soul/All Shook Down era ripoff of the mainstream version.

And the poad is great because it makes you respect the song and realize just how bad the Gin Blossoms were simultaneously.

I usually try to keep my listening on my phone so when I listen to 90s Japanese Power Violence it's not on my gas station laptop.
