I did during his last rampage. Pointed out it actually contradicted his headline after reading more of it than he did.

Perhaps I’ve missed it, but watching his act for years, I just don’t see how he has anything more than an average HS education. Eventually, some intelligence would surface even being this kind of troll.
The rare times he does engage, he gets his ass kicked, gets angry, and leaves for a few weeks. He’s completely predictable, which also isn’t a sign of a person of decent intelligence.

There have been widespread complaints about what one Washington Post article calls the program’s “painfully slow rollout.” The delays are due in part to regulations encouraging unionization, as well as the administration’s goal that at least 40% of clean-energy investments benefit “disadvantaged communities,” the areas that need EV chargers the least.
