Beavermobile Post Rating (4 votes)
Followed a section38 link over to PO a few minutes ago and was saddened to read a post and thread by BM, Richard Taylor, sharing that the cancer he has been battling for a while has spread and his oncologist told him that there are few options apart from making him more comfortable. He's planning to quickly move to his sister's home in Bend and fight as much as he can with his limited treatment options.
Met Richard several years ago at a game at pre-Reser and a few times at Civil War tailgates at Autzen. While he drives many Ducks fans a little batty with his digs, I've always found BM to be a great story teller and, when his moral compass is at least slightly engaged, a fun and passionate rival fan to hang around before and after CW games.
Hope for a miracle, but will be praying for Richard.
