Speaking for myself, I don't think I could pick another team. It's easier to tell a pro team to fuck off... much harder when it's your school. Of course, I'm still a fan, but less so than I used to be. Outside of watching the games on TV, I don't spend money on Husky merchandise... and I didn't renew my season tickets when they gave TW a 4th season.

Oregon's a GREAT benchmark for us right now as a fringe National Championship contender most years and the most consistent program in the conference over the last 5-10 years.

My goal is to win conference championships and in so doing contend for national championships under this new system.

Beating Oregon does jack shit if it doesn't mean that we're winning conference championships.

If you told me that we'd lose to Oregon every year but we'd finish 12-1, win the conference, and be in the Final Four Playoff, I'd take that EVERY YEAR.
