It was compiled on a computer. Can't remember the program but it was very popular. The published copy had 32 layers and info changed as you peeled the onion. The idiots posted it on the net! Also the hospital name changed since his "birth" and it had the new name on it. Fake as hell. Kenya has his birthplace marked very proud of it
