Maybe Obama can quit shooting hoops long enough to call Putin and express his outrage that this civil war has now spilled over into the international community. I think that will help. Putin will KNOW he is serious this time.

Obama is outraged. This has legs. My guess is he will say, in the strongest language possible, that this is unacceptable.
 
Who in their right mind files a flight plan that foes over one of the hottest military conflicts in the world? That seems fishy right there. Did they do a flyover of Gaza before hand?
 
Obama's reportedly said that this is a "terrible tragedy" and received the news from Putin himself while discussing the US/EU's latest sanctions on Russia this morning.

This may be Obama's strongest response yet ...
