Given Oregon's demographics I suspect you're right but even with those demographics I'd also bet a disproportionate number of people with shitty credit in Oregon are black just like the prison population.

Given Oregon's demographics I suspect you're right but even with those demographics I'd also bet a disproportionate number of people with shitty credit in Oregon are black just like the prison population.

It's unfortunate that a few percent of all blacks commit 53% of the violent crime in the nation yet the left thinks it's racism that increases their number in prison. Now Soros DA's all over the nation are failing to even charge people with felony crimes. Recent one I read a few days ago, steal car, run from police and kill a 6 month old baby in a crash and they were only charge with a misdemeanor! They put the kids mother and another child in the hospital! The lefty states emptied their prison onto the streets and we wonder why crime is up?
