History doesn't really support this. Teams usually throw better in the snow because it's impossible to cover.

Really depends on how much snow is coming down combined with the wind.

The advantage definitely does go to the offense though because of the advantage the offense has with the snap count and knowing where it is going.

I'd still take my chances with the team that can control the ball on the ground.
