I don't know if it's him moving to NYC that did it or what, but I haven't been able to stand listening to him for a few years. He was far better talking Seahawks than he ever has been at UW.

This take is pure soft minded Seattle journalistic bullshit. I don't like the Beav and Coug getting trampled underfoot, but UW sticking in this conference was suicide for football.

UW is more justified in doing this than USC and UCLA were.

Has everyone forgot 1993? I don’t remember Wazzu saying at the time, hey, a strong UW helps the entire conference so let’s give them a pass and not give them the shaft.

If you tilt your head, you can actually see if James would have continued running roughshod over the conference for, say 5 more years until he decided to retire. Then we aren’t stuck with Lambo last minute. If UW keeps balling until Carroll takes over rather than taking 2 decades off, maybe the Pac is thought of as more of a real conference and this day never comes.

So fuck Wazzu. Fuck Oregon State. You guys brought this shit on yourself.
