Pips Bunce. Good old Pips! Was interviewed about a year or so ago which I listened to unfortunately.
This dude wakes everyday not knowing which gender he is on a daily basis and identifies as non binary. But depending on his mood that day when he wakes he just decides how he will present himself in the office. Big red flag.
Then he goes on about credit suisse doing extensive research learning that more profitable companies are ones that are more diverse in their staff. Brilliant fucko! I can’t imagine all the bullshit the research came up with. Credit suisse is sure thriving!!
It ended with the interviewer asking what advice it would give to young people getting into finance. I shit you not, he said be your authentic self. Show up to the office and interview speaking your truth. Don’t hide who you are talk about your lived experience.
We truly live in the twilight zone.
