Decapitation strike should be strongly considered.

Always have mixed feelings about a ban, but with Hondo, you aren't actually banning any speech, you are just banning fact free gibberish. Actually, 10 a day is too many. Geezus without a strike count it would be in the dozens. Ban him or drop it to 5. Not one fact supported post since he got back.
