It's the beauty of the welfare state. 60 years of subsidizing the most unfit to procreate and then removing all societal standards and social mores of decency, hardwork, marriage, crime, respect for authority, you name it, and this is the world you get. Do you think this woman feels even a tinge of shame regarding the life she has lived? Fuck no, if anything she is pissed and believes that she deserves even more government largess.

And the Dazzler's of the world are more than happy to feed that message to her and the millions like her in order to secure their votes.

Yep, her life is the way it is because of white racism. The shitty choices she has made, and the social policies that encouraged and subsidized those shitty choices are not to blame. Poverty, systemic racism, white supremacy, those are the real culprits.
