Seed Oils = charred GMO seed sludge smothered in rust remover, de-oderizer, and bleach

No shit ? In the late 30s?. Guidelines these days are 45 and up unless family history merits younger.

In my 40s they went in dry. Last time around 2018 I laid down and woke up in recovery and thought I was out for a minute. Much better
Date rape

whlinder ate the following thing on Saturday (I like to post in the 3rd person it's what I like to do). Ingredient list:
Egg, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, MILK Chocolate (8%) (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Lactose (Milk), Emulsifier: Leichtin (E322), Natural Vanilla Flavour), Chocolate Chunks (8%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter), Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Humectant: Glycerol (E422), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Rice Starch, Raising Agents: (Diphosphate (E450), Sodium Carbonate (E500)); Acid: Citric Acid (E330), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate (E202), Stabilizer: Xanthan Gum (E415). May contain traces of nuts.
What exactly is that horrific sounding monstrosity of pseudo-food?
Broderick Brothers Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie. "Delicious Belgian Milk Chocolate Brownie."
This was not acquired in America. It was acquired in Europe.
And after eating it, I promptly knocked out an 18:52 5K on the rower. Like within 10 mins of eating it I started the piece.
So obviously in this prioritization debate of exercise vs other I'm taking exercise over worrying about hyper specific ingredients, but that is not a thing I want to eat frequently for a variety of reasons (the sugar content is crazy high too). And my own cooking is basically olive oil or butter.
Let's use the overweight, city bus drive with T2 as an example here.
Are they obese with diabetes with seed oils as the primary cause, or is because they live a sedentary lifestyle and overconsume 500 to 750 calories per day of convenient, processed (energy dense) food? If other words if McDonalds cooked the fries in beef tallow and the buns were made with olive oil vs canola, is this picture really any different?
I have a hard time believing the active, non overweight person doing some stir fry in sesame oil is dying of seed oils.
It’s a death spiral in my opinion. Shitty seed oil laden food makes you lazy and sedentary. You eat more shitty seed oil laden food because you are sedentary and lazy.
Took our older son to fancy sushi dinner last night for his 11th b-day.
Woke up feeling really sluggish today. Probably was the seed oils I had yesterday and not the cocktails, beers, sake and Japanese Whisky I consumed.

Maybe he took a some poundin's to the roundin' in his younger years.
Misdiagnosed for almost a decade as just suffering from extreme stress or IBS/Gluten intolerance and finally got real tests done at 31 and have something very mild compared to most people with it, but I already had to do the diet overhaul and care about all this shit more than I want to and my wife is now the Fun Police and making me take hundreds of dollars of naturopathy bullshit on top of it.
