yeah, they will still get 5* players based on emotion and regional ties rather than based on actual program performance.

but what I mean is that they are taking croots that aren't your typical usc croots and justifying their commitments as being "high potential/under the radar guys" ... that was our recruiting strategy before once we struck out on the high * guys ...
