UCLA or UW. I'll give slight edge to UW because it sounds like he might have made up his mind, and that's a few weeks after saying UW is up there as his leader.
 
For superstitious reasons:

UW has no chance. No way he comes here to play for church boy Petersen. He is stringing UW along as a ploy created by Mora to ruin Petersen's class this year. PETERSEN doesn't realize this isn't the WAC!!!11!
 
I'm hearing it's very likely UCLA again. A few months ago I would have said he's a UCLA lock, but I heard an interview with him that sounded like he's wary of UCLAs strong depth chart at RB so I wouldn't call it a lock now.

I think an early committment reads in UCLAs favor. Local, plus so far UCLA has been able to get a lot of early committments from players...I think they are doing a good job of getting guys to committ early or risk losing a spot to another player. UCLA Recruiting is going very well at the moment.

I hear Stovall is almost assuredly a SC lock. Not sure if the doogs on are on him.
 
Doesn't help that both UW and UCLA have their spring games on April 25th. I guess whether he's at the Rose Bowl or Husky Stadium that day will be an indicator of where he'll end up.

I've got some great sources (F3, Ectard, and Lemon party) telling me that he's all but an 81% lock to UW. Plus Felton committed to UCLA last week, so we feel like that bodes well for the Dawgs.

and before Ballbag gets all butt hurt and starts talking shit, let me preemptively tell you to fuck off while eating shit.
