Seahawks running the ball

I remember IMALOSER/Bronc4Blue/Fact Checker/etc during preseason was using one game last year to "show" that the Seahawks aren't committed to the run.

Well after three weeks the NFL average is 42% run and 58% pass.

However the Seahawks have ran the ball 57% leading the NFL in rushing percentage. They are also 3-0 as they grind the ball on their opponent, play tough defense and have smart play from the QB position. They are what the Huskies were under Don James.
 
But I will say, good teams do run more simply because that's what you do with a lead. Most bad teams pass more, because they are always playing from behind.

I was taunting IMALOSER/Bronc4Blue/Factchecker since I know he stalks this board all the time.

I remember he did his typical cherry picking of stats to show that Sark runs more than Carroll does which isn't the case.

He also ignored how in the NFL teams pass a lot more than typically in college too.
