Seahawks raiding Rams’ coaching staff for new offensive coordinator

Could be a good hire. Need to get the quick game and rollouts better and the Rams are really good at it. Good run schemes too.

Shockingly promising hire. I fully expected to hate the move and wish we had kept Schotty. Very happy with this.

That said it feels like a last hurrah. If this hire doesn't work out it's hard to imagine Pete and Russ both continuing in Seattle. If another OC gets sent packing then one or both of them will be going too.
