In a lot of cases I agree with that. But that was barbaric

On the first one, there's no gain in being down one when you could be up, and not making it isn't a huge problem. On the second, it was to put pressure on Arizona to make the extra point if they scored a td. In hindsight however I agree that having missed both they should've just kicked, because they'd be up six anyways.
