Trump lawyers started asking about prosecuting Biden for open borders among other things and the tide turned among the leftist judges. Also asked about prosecuting for over throwing governments and starting wars illegally.

Official acts was always going to have immunity. The left didn't think so. Trump wins this round, it goes back to DC to decide if what they allege he did was an official act. He loses in DC and this is back in Supreme Court where it becomes mute. Cook it.
It's just going to be another excuse to erode faith in the Supremes and justify the next step against the courts whether by packing or defiance of rulings.
Lawyers also asked about charging Obama for drone strikes on civilians. Biden killed 13 himself by accident
