Dems extended the Obamacare subsidies in 2021 with an expiration at the end of 2025. And they had them rolling off because that is how it needed to be setup in order to only need 50 votes to pass. They would have needed 60 to make them permanent which they didn’t have. We’ve heard for years how popular Obamacare was, but that is with the subsidies. Don’t think people will have the same opinion now.
