School Shooting in Georgia.

All this blathering about guns by ern and he completely ignores the real problem. Like all of the previous murderers of school children, the kid had bad parents. America is doing a horrible job of raising children. The disintegration of any kind of societal morals and personal responsibility have eroded the American family. " It takes a village" was and is bullchit and rats continue to force the erosion.

Some people think you have nothing to offer
They are right
it's obvious why Ern hugs the shallow end
That was 2019!
My values haven't changed- Harris
She's only fooling retards who are already voting for her because they want to grab guns
You are still confused.
I'm voting against Daddy.
Your views on the 2nd Amendment make it clear your whole "I was a Reagan Republican!" bullshit is a complete charade. You can stop the act. Comrade Mildred.

So if I already own an assault weapon can I keep it?
I imagine so. Voluntary buybacks seem sensible though. And licensing/registration, like driving a car. Whatever it takes to help keep that shit in responsible citizen's hands and away from the scum. Any law abiding citizen should have no problem with this if they care about reducing gun violence.
This isn't black and white. There will always be bad actors trying to skirt the system, but it needs to be harder to do so. It's about reducing risk, not eliminating it. That would be impossible.
I don't have the answers, I only have ideas and an understanding that new solutions are needed. The status quo is insane. American gun culture is crazy. I understand the appeal. I don't own, but I've used many times. I get it. I also understand the appeal of oxycodone.
Registration today = Confiscation tomorrow. You cannot be this dense?

I need to register it with the state. For what purpose? I’ve already gotten a background check, what other business is there to sort out? Your ideal is a soft blacklist, which I’m on guaranteed. Not for doing anything wrong but simply for questioning the states integrity publicly.
Yet you have a driver's license and register your car annually without question. Or do you?
Yes, because there are annoying consequences if I don't. And I knew what those were when I purchased the car. What are the consequences if I fail to register my gun(s)?
Also sounds like solid logic to have voter ID, but that's a bridge too far as we know.
Don't deflect.
It's not unreasonable for legal things that can cause death to have some basic requirements. It's a societal good. Imagine roadways without licenses, vehicle registrations, and insurance requirements. If you genuinely care about providing society with a better means to curb gun violence, particularly kids getting massacred at schools, you should have no problem registering your gun and licensing your capability to operate one. I can't figure out why any rational brain would disagree with that. This is not infringement on 2nd amendment rights, it would be common sense legislation. For any law abiding citizen who cares about gun violence, that is. Nobody is taking your guns. Just sack up and get a license and gun registration. It'll take a half hour out of your day every few years. Small price to pay for your right to shoot shit with death bullets. It ain't crazy. Do you have a warrant or something?
No Amendment to the Constitution for driving. You are about 0-4 on this, but good try, good effort.

@Sledog
Nobody is taking away your right to own guns, bruh. I just feel there should be some reasonable requirements and/or regulations on the extreme weapons and mods that are currently legal, often the ones used in mass killings. You don't need those to hunt pheasant. And you should have to reload normally.
Said every dictator ever before taking your only means of defense. Fuck off.

For the con law professor who was so good at it he is washing dishes now
Since rights are not absolute, an issue never in question here, if a cop doesn't get Miranda out before some perp confesses he can still be convicted right? For the greater good?
Since I said that you fucks care more about criminals than law abiding gun owners it looks like I am right and big brain with a vacuum is wrong

Truth.

The arrest of this shooter’s parent is a step in the right direction. He failed miserably.

Now, about the parents of the Butler, PA shooter…

Homerun.

Always amusing to check in and see the tug leagle skollrz not understand that even fundamental rights aren't absolute
If they’re in the constitution then they’re inalienable. Feel free to ratify the document if you like. Lord knows your side has had plenty of opportunities, but you pussies always punt on 4th and 2.
