Scholarship Update

Thanks! According to this updated grid, we have 86 scholarship players between the 2019 juniors through the 2019 commits. A few will be opening up though:

-Lolohea won't enroll until 2020 (-1)
-Rapp and Murphy likely leaving early (-2)
-Chico and Pounds retirements? (-2)
-Soderberg couch sale (-1)

That will bring the total down to 80 and we can potentially fit 5 more commits in this class.

Great chart. Add +2 with John Clark and Josiah Bronson. They deserve it though. I think Burleson/Scrempos/Pounds will transfer/retire. There is always 1 out of left field as well. I think we take 24-25 for sure now.

Juat throwing it out there: do we have room for

Wright
Rhyan
Latu
Heimuli?
Ford?
Bru?

... Rueben foster? Charles Frederick?

@HuskyClaws do you use the 247 number or the composite number to determine star rating?

I think if guys like Bru, Rhyan, or Ford want to commit, room will be made

247, although most of it was off of memory because I didn't want to look everyone up, so there could be mistakes.

Counting up the blue chips (4 and 5*) for next year, before any early draft departures and attrition, our blue chip ratio is exactly 50%. If we use the composite ratings it's probably slightly under that. Either way, we are entering elite roster territory now.

Don’t have a clue what the fuck you said, but can anyone play Buck?

Good. None of that composite bullshit around here. Love the chart man. Good chit.

I honestly think thus stuff gives Petersen heartburn because of his okg shit.

While internet people are ruthless i think he really adheres to his own honor code and that it defines his program.

He figures it helps in the long run as less games are played and less resources are used up in crootin.

The whole "adults running the show" thing.

Some croot parent remarked that Petersen was the most relaxed Head coach she had ever seen.

@CokeGreaterThanPepsi / @Dennis_DeYoung : Didn't we? recruit Irvin as a Safety?
No according to Irvin, Jimmy was actually the only coach to recruit him as a corner which stood out to him. That being said, I think we all see that safety is both his best fit and would fit tea.

We have a chance with him as I hear he loves to fish. We just need to get out on a fishing boat.
