There's a reason UW's best classes were 18 and 19, not 17, even though 16 was our best season.

These kids have basically made their minds up about these teams on the field. Sure something at the extreme margins could shift some things like is UW goes 15-0 or has a losing season but baring that, there's not going to be a huge difference between how our 2020 class looks if we win 8 or if we win 12. That on field difference will greatly impact the 2021 class though.

No, that's stupid. If that was the case, Latu would be going to SC. SC's season absolutely negatively affected their 2019 recruiting class. Latu is SC's equivalent of Smalls. He was their #1 overall target for the 2019 class. He grew up an SC fan. Like I said, if SC had gone undefeated, Latu would not be going to UW.

Trade Browning with Eason this past season and UW likely goes 13-0. They can absolutely do it next season. Winning matters all the time. Smalls hasn't made up his mind and isn't even close to doing so. He'll make a late decision.
