At 5 to 7 wins out of 12 to 13 games per season, Husky football isn't being dragged down. It also doesn't appear to be moving upward when it comes to general improvement in the program. The reasons for this treadmill affect are I think manifold. As you point out, Sark's recruiting and player development has underperformed in the area where we've traditionally always been highly competitive or actually had an advantage....... the offensive line including TE's and the defensive front (linemen and LB's). And don't forget that in 2012, we had just one of the ten(or eleven) returning scholarship WR's that was actually a threat to opposing defenses. Entering it's fifth year, Sark's rebuilding program continues to be a work in progress....... like it or not.
