Actually that's about right. He's 40th out of 66, not 127. They aren't counting mid-majors. I'd put Kill ahead of him but all the rest below him really suck, or are new, or abundance (rofl).

We know what Sark is - a flashy recruiter of skill guys who often sucks in big games, but who can beat up on the weak, and at times the average.
