It has been known for a some time and finally confirmed today that Bryce Dixon has sold the couch: LINK. The other scholarship TE was out all of last year because he is FS. He is still FS and his academic status is still unknown. Did Sark sign a bunch of TEs in this class? Nope, just one. It is entirely possible the starter will be a walk on.

They got a grad transfer from Oklahoma coming in too at TE. But he lost the starting spot to a converted QB in Norman, so he probably sucks.

Dixon was going to be a very good player for SC. Big loss.

Its ok, the best playcaller in America (TM) hardly utilized his first round draft pick ASJ his last year at Washington. He doesn't need TEs, in fact he needs to handicap his offense to catch his opponents off-guard.

Just a couple months ago:

"I think Bryce's future is very bright in our program. He is a really talented guy," said Sarkisian, who pointed out that Randall Telfer's leadership was key in developing Dixon.
