Obama is not the "him" in the relationship.
They had his seat a lot hotter late last year. It's there again, these rankings just haven't caught up yet, but they will after the next loss. After OSU beats the Huskies, a 7 win season becomes the upper limit. My guess is that will be the end, and the timing of the announcement will hinge on the Apple Cup.

Yes he was. This is all speculation and opinion on my part, but as I see it the difference is what they would announce. The Cougar's season ended after the Apple Cup. They were 5-7, no bowl game. If things play out the way they appear to be playing out, Washington will lose to Oregon State, and in my opinion, the decision to fire Sark will be made, but the announcement will be delayed until after the Apple Cup. Woody has mentioned a number of times that it was a mistake to keep Tyrone around after firing him, I don't think he has any intentions of doing that again. If the Huskies win the Apple Cup, they will be headed to a bowl game, if not, they will likely be staying home, so my guess is that Sark get's the axe after the game and either Wilcox or Kiesau are named as the bowl game coach pending bowl game selections. We'll see.
On the other hand, it would also make sense to fire Sark and let him go immediately after the OSU loss. Sark is already shot. I've noticed this in the past, as have others. When he finds himself in the pressure cooker of the meat of the season, he wilts, he looks like a guy who hasn't slept for days, looks lost on the sidelines. He's there again now. After the OSU loss, he will be so visibly demoralized, there will be no point in doing anything other than cutting him loose and letting Wilcox or Kiesau take charge for the Apple Cup. Maybe they get an Orgeron bounce, win the Apple Cup and go to a bowl game, which would be good for the program.

Rick was 6-6 with a 50-0 plunger by USC to end the season. Guerrero's decision was pretty easy, as is Woody's.
Sonny Dykes is #18. Yet another competetion in which Sark can't even win his own fucking conference.
