San Diego Is Now The Least Affordable Place In America

Yes, if you're a mentally ill meth-head. It's tough to swing the first a last month's rent on an apartment. How "affordable" would you have to make housing in order for someone who can't hold a job and does drugs every day to be able to pay for it?

Can we just admit that we have a large number of damaged people who are either mentally ill or drug addicted or both and that allowing these people to live on our streets and do drugs without fear of conviction or removal has been a fucking policy disaster?

If you are an honest conservative? No problem. As a centrist, mello feels that requiring any degree of responsibility is a white construct and just a sign of systemic white institutional racism.

We've removed personal responsibility and rewarded all kinds of shitty behaviors and now we're shocked when we get more social disfunction. Hey, I have an idea. You know what will help with the homeless problem? If we just give everyone a "free" home. How fucking softheaded do you have to be in order to not see where that leads you?

Isn't it amazing that the lessons I learned when I was in high school, kids who didn't pay for their own cars but who drove cars paid for by their parents, were the kids most likely to abuse and trash their cars, are things that are a complete mystery to most liberals.

Exactly, and in all honesty, it takes exceptional people who have been conditioned and socialized in morality and common decency to care about things they didn't work for. And even those people will be made not to care when they see people who have no sweat in the game be rewarded with benefits they didn't work for.

I have been in a shitload of section 8 housing and welfare rentals etc. Never been in one with piles of garbage, food. used diapers, beer/liquor bottles and cans, drug paraphernalia, you name it all over the floor. those houses would have to be completely gutted and redone to be livable. The immune systems on these shitbirds must be hell bent for stout.
