Sam Huard, 5* 2021 QB, Burien (Kennedy), WA (COMMITTED)

shame this kid is saddled with a bunch of losers and try hards in this class.

Kid would be much better off decommitting and going to Oklahoma.

His Dad fucked UW and now fucking his kid. What a tragedy.

The more I pay attention to yours posts the more I see I’m not the most miserable person here.

Keep up the great work.

The 2018, 2019, and 2020 classes don’t exist I see!

I’ve always found Joe Burrow incredibly sexy in this gif until the very end where it looks like he’s getting a little sick from the cigar smoke.

You like a man who can handle his cigar. Good to know.

In Georgia this would have drawn thousands. We? are so pathetic on the west coast.

This is the UW Spring Game of rallies.

In Georgia it would have been zero.

Because they would have never fucking canceled football.

Or the night the Gov made the announcement they would have burnt the Capital Down so there would have been no place to hold the rally

He’s Russell Wilson with better top end speed. The question is does he have Russ’ durability which I’d bet against (hard), but if he does he’s a franchise QB rather easily.

No he's not. He's even more of a midget than Wilson. No taller than 5'9. Weaker arm than Wilson. Smaller hands than Wilson. Gripping and throwing a bigger NFL ball will be a problem for him. Did not show the ability to consistently stand in the pocket and throw the ball in college. Mostly a scrambler and runner which doesn't work in the NFL. Too short to see past the O-line. Great college player but like Johnny Manziel he doesn't have what it takes to be a pro QB.

Wilson is 5'11", 210 lbs, and has 10" hands. WGAF if Murray is faster if he's 5'9" 190 lbs and probably has 9" hands if not smaller.[/QUOTE]

He’s Russell Wilson with better top end speed.

He is? Way to early to form that conclusion.

I have not seen the quick release and accuracy.

Uhhh he broke Russells record for passing efficiency.

Of course they're not exactly the same but they are extremely similar.

Murray can play.

College? We’ll see how he does in the pros before I make that conclusion.

Lulz

Here to say I was dialed the fuck in on Murray. And some, were not. My favorite is the BallsFS analysis, obviously.

Baller.

After waiting patiently for the start of his senior season, future Husky quarterback Sam Huard took the field on Friday night to lead his team into battle. What resulted was a 49-14 blowout win over Tahoma that was even more lopsided that the final score would indicated.

During the first three quarters of the game, Huard marched his team up and down the field at will, finishing the night 26 of 35 for 495 yards and seven touchdowns. He didn't throw a pass in final eight minutes of the game.

Huard threw for 341 yards and five touchdowns in the first half alone, setting the tone on the first play from scrimmage which was a double-reverse throwback to senior quarterback who then found senior wide receiver Reed Shumpert for a 46-yard reception. Four plays later, Huard found Shumpert again, this time for a six-yard touchdown, putting the Lancers up 7-0 a mere 1:15 seconds into the game.

One of the things about Kennedy Catholic's offense is they like to spread the ball around and Huard did just that, hitting six different receivers including another future Husky, wideout Jabez Tinae, who had four catches for 108 yards and two scores and Arizona State signee Junior Alexander who totaled four catches for 96 yards and two more scores.

Since his first game as a freshman, Huard has been considered one of the top quarterbacks in the country. Over his first three years as the starter for the Lancers, Huard completed 61.2% of his passes for 11,741 yards with 132 touchdowns and 35 interceptions. As a junior in 2019, he led his team to an 11-1 record and a berth in the state quarterfinals by throwing for 4,168 yards with 56 touchdowns and 11 interceptions and was named to various All-State teams.

He had offers from a handful of schools following his sophomore season, but chose Washington shortly before the start of the 2018 Apple Cup.

He finished the 2021 recruiting cycle as the top-rated pro-style quarterback in the country and was a five-star prospect and finishing with a 0.9936 in the industry-generated 247Composite.

Huard is expected to play two more games for Lancers and then will enroll at Washington in time for the start of spring football.
