if I’m some of these programs I would consider taking a big swing with someone more outside the box or a young coordinator than someone like Fisch or any guy who is just doing ok at a program or even a guy doing pretty well. Take the money you save on hiring a younger more unproven guy into NIL for a few years and work in a quick extension if he pans out. I’m not sure who these guys are now but think like a Chip Kelly in the late-2000s I guess.

Kiffin is one of the few check the box type guys I would consider right now and I’m not even that impressed with him.

Ben Arbuckle seems like that hot young coordinator type. He’s actually done some pretty good qb development on complete unknowns.

He's taking a couple sacks per game that are 100% on him. He'd rather hit the dirt than take a hit to his completion %. I know that's not really the case, but he'll never been more than good against bad teams if he doesn't learn to throw the fucking ball away. It's beyond a serious issue at this point.
