Forget kicking them out of the conference.

I want to know how they are convincing themselves to continue as a member of the B1G at a cost of $43 million per year. The travel expense component has to be much less significant than it is for the West Coast schools. I don't see how they ever make this work.

Granted, they could/would lose some money as a part of any conference but $517 million in 12 years? That is (approaching) malfeasance.

I am not sure how either party (Rutgers or B1G) continues to think they are a good fit in today's B1G.

Mafia needs their cut.

The Pac 12 killed their entire conference with a media startup of 7 channels of Olympic sports.

The B1G made a much, much smaller mistake in trying to make a power 4 AD startup in a region that is extremely hard to do so in outside of schools like UConn.
