Maybe the hardest call for me yet. After Regulate popped my rap cherry Snoop taught me what rap was. Doggystyle is easily my favorite rap album from middle school.
But Snoop's a rap mercenary who signed with shit tier No Limit and went by fucking Snoop Lion for a season. Outkast has also been their wonderfully weird selves. They're amazing.
It hurts to vote against Snoop but head beats heart on this one.

Outkast is probably better, but I learned about them way after I cared much about rap. So snoop.

Andre3000’s flow on Aquemini isn’t rap virtuosity. It’s greater than that. Snoop is pizza. Everyone loves pizza. But OutKast is aged steak fine wine and caviar with a chalice full of drank and big titties in your face. Pizza ain’t got shit on that.
You know a fine aged proschuto can be just a amazing as aged beef. It also can be used as pizza topping.
Also, I just bought a gang of Tanqueray at Costco yesterday so there's that.
